Allison Pregler reviews Z-grade films, usually horror and martial arts. Similar the character of The Cinema Snob in that she loves dumb action films. After gaining some fame through the channels that are part of Channel Awesome (under her previous handle Obscurus Lupa) She began to review films in the latter half of 2009. She remained part of the site up until January 2015 after which Obscurus Lupa Presents was changed to Movie Nights. The two podcasts she hosts are and covering Charmed. After a controversial departure from Channel Awesome Allison officially announced on January 20th 2015 that she'd be revamping OLP into an impromptu review show called Movie Nights with an appropriately-shlocky elevator jazz theme. When she began reviewing films in 2009 her name was a hit in the forums of Channel Awesome. Prior to joining the official team consisting of Channel Awesome reviewers, she was a household name. There have been numerous appearances in Channel Awesome, from Atop the Fourth Wall all the way to Phelous & the Movies.
