Anya Volz is a New York City-based comic originally from Vermont. From all across America the audience has said that her comedy is surprising funny and not at all preachy. She's a contributor writer and creator of original content for Riot Fest, The Hard Times, and Macaulay Curkin Bunny Ears. Her work has been featured in BuzzFeed as well as Vulture. She also appeared in a number of comedy festivals across the country which include New York Comedy Festival & Women in Comedy Festival. Co-hosting Best Mistakes, a podcast about messed-up comedy, with Brooklyn comedian Nika Lomazzo. The pre-covid was when she was the host and producer of Our Time of the Week with Nika Lomazzo at The Stand Comedy Club. The monthly Thirst Trap Show with Anya Volz was co-hosted by her. The show was held at renowned venues like Union Hall Caveat, House of YES and also the NY Times. Her short film Sex Neutral premieres soon. Anya Devi Volz has been an Vermont native and comic actress for over a decade. Anya was an actor as a kid in the community and continued her arts education all through her teens. Anya Josephine Marie Taylor Joy was an actor. She has been awarded numerous awards, including a Golden Globe Award and a Screen Actors Guild Award in as well as nominations for the BAFTA Film Award and a Primetime Emmy Award. Taylor-Joy, who was then aged 16 at the time, quit the school to pursue a career in acting. Anya Taylor-Joy was born on April 16 1996 at Miami Florida. Her parents are Dennis Alan Taylor, a former bank executive and Jennifer Marina Joy, a psychologist, she is approximately half English in half Spanish. She is an Argentinean who has Scottish, English and Argentinean heritage. Her mother's heritage is Spanish and English. Taylor-Joy is the youngest of five children from her father's prior marriage. Buenos Aires was her home until she turned 6, and the family moved to Victoria in London. Taylor-Joy claims that the move to London was traumatic and she was unable to take the time to learn English so that she could avoid returning to Argentina. Her school had to change to Northlands to Hill House. Later, she enrolled in Queen's Gate School to study ballet and act in school productions. When she was 16, she left school in order to concentrate in acting full-time. Taylor-Joy always knew her goal was to become an actor. It was when she achieved that dream, Sarah Doukas founder of Storm Management, offered Taylor-Joy a modelling job.
